Osoyoos & District Arts Council President Roberta Nott hosted a fantastic seminar for local non-profits featuring four local presenters.
- Jennine, owner of Quirky Quail store and Shelby & Jun woodworking, provided real-life examples of how she harnesses the power of social media to engage with her customers and reach new ones.
- Lindsay, owner of The Happy Paper Parlour, gave us a tour of Canva and showcased some of the great features that make it easy to create high quality print and digital designs.
- Janis, President of Osoyoos Music in the Park, shared her experience as a grant administrator to inform about the do's and don'ts of grant applications.
- Martin, Oliver Community Arts Council board member, introduced ways that AI can be used to generate content, design logos and icons, and to develop tag lines for projects.
There were 43 participants in attendance at the Sonora Centre representing 23 groups.
Excellent food was provided by the Barn Owl Eatery.
