The workshop I attended last week hosted by Roberta from ODAC got me thinking - should I put together a session for the next workshop? 

I could do a session on any of these topics:

• Year-end planning: Giving Tuesday and Holiday Appeal
• Mission: very little is more important than a compelling mission statement
• Branding: get back on brand, or refresh your brand
• Fundraising: don't skip the fundraising basics - your bread and butter
• Stewardship: you can't say thanks too often but you can lose donors and volunteers by not saying it properly
• Website: how to plan a new website (and how to come to the decision that it is time to replace your old website!)
• Communications: newsletters and mailing lists
• Analytics: website and newsletter

I'll put up a poll after I speak to Roberta to see if she's interested in hosting another workshop in the future.
